We did this neat little piece as a presentation piece of diplomatic good will from the state of South Carolina! This flag flew over the state house in Columbia SC and was brought into our shop by a customer, we blocked it onto an acid free board and framed it in a natural toned linen liner and a walnut stained rope motif moulding (made here in Columbia SC by our friends at Southwinds Molding!)
