Here is a nicely framed watercolor. We maintained the minimalist feel of the art with a simple and austere frame, a pewterish hand-finished Italian job. We floated the art on the mat to show off the deckled paper edges and raised the glass with hidden spacers. Framed Whimsical Dogs by Melinda Edwards!

This fun piece was created by Columbia native (now creating her art in Asheville) Melinda Edwards. She used mixed media on paper, shearing the edges of the paper. We raised the art with a hidden layer of acid-free foam board to enhance the deckling of the sheared edges. We then used a 7/8" wide scalloped black moulding. Framed Pastel Landscape!

This beautiful piece was brought back from Sierra Nevada somewhere. A wonderfully executed pastel, the image measuring about 14" by 9". We put a linen mat on it (we raised the mat with a layer of foam board, allowing the pastel to flake down behind the mat, out of sight!) Framed Antique (Sorry Geordie, I Just Had To) Soccer Photos!

This was a fun job for us, as soccer fans, to frame.Some action photos from around 1980 of college soccer at The Graveyard, University of South Carolina hosting The College of Charleston. We matted the four photos in one mat and used an antique looking hand finished Italian moulding.
