This is an impressive piece, we framed a rugby jersey for a client recently and it turned out so nicely. We hand stitched the jersey onto a complimentary grey backing board and placed some action photos and an engraved name plate in it as well. 36 Star USA Flag! Very Rare (and Very Large!)

We framed this impressive piece a few years back for a private collector. A little research informed us that the USA only had a 36 star flag for 2 1/2 years (1864-1867.) Check out this fantastic print from a woodcut by Greenville, SC artist Kent Ambler! Some great lines in this image of Pine Warblers (in a pine tree, naturally) seemingly hiding from what appears to be a swallow overhead. (Do swallows attack cut little pine warblers?)
