Sunday at The Masters, Might Adam Scott win another Green Jacket?

Here is a great piece of golf memorabilia, an Adam Scott signed Masters flag from 2013, the year that he won the green jacket! We hand stitched the flag onto a green backing board and framed it in a gold moulding with a repeating rib pattern. We used hidden spacers to keep the glass off the flag. Will Adam Scott win a second green jacket in 2017? We shall see!

Frame your autographed Masters Flags! They look wonderful stitched onto Masters green linen mats and framed in hand-finished Italian moulding like this one was.

Framed $2 Bills!

Framed $2 Bills!

This was a fun (and funny) little project. Someone lost some bets on a golf course somewhere and apparently had to frame a few big wagers. We used a flat green mat and a simple black frame. Some kind of cage match!

Framed Chef’s Jacket! The Masters!

Framed Chef’s Jacket! The Masters!

We recently framed this fantastic chef’s jacket for a client, this thing was large! It measured about 44″ wide by 36″ tall. We hand-stitched the jacket onto a green (think Master’s green!) suede backing board and used a walnut stained poplar wood moulding for the frame. Made in the USA!

Before and After! Harbour Town Golf by West Fraser

Before and After! Harbour Town Golf by West Fraser

Here is another example of how a new frame and mat can completely re-energize a favorite old print, making it viable again. A dear friend brought in this fantastic West Fraser Harbour Town print wanting to give it new life. The old 80s looking furniture finish wood frame and white mats were fine thirty years ago but seemed dated and out of sync with the styles and trends of today. We replaced the white paper mats with a black linen mat and replaced the drab brown frame with a contemporary silver wood frame. Much improved!

Framed Golf Flag! Autographed by Ben Martin!

Framed Golf Flag! Autographed by Ben Martin!

This commemorative pin flag is signed by tournament winner Ben Martin, we hand stitched it onto a black background and framed it in a contemporary silver moulding. We used hidden spacers to raise the glass off the flag. Oh, look! I see Jake’s hands doing the precise work!

Autographed Dustin Johnson Kiawah Golf Print!

Autographed Dustin Johnson Kiawah Golf Print!

This is a lovely print of the difficult Kiawah Island Golf Course signed by professional golfer, and Columbia native, Dustin Johnson. Such a challenging course! We matted the print in a cream colored linen mat and used a 2 1/3″ mahogany frame with a rope motif. The frame, fittingly, is made in South Carolina by our friends at Southwinds Molding!
